Integrated Press Exhaust System for Fiberboard and Chipboard Production
A competent German high-tech company, strong in R&D, has set up new standards as technology supplier. Its production/R&D set up has modern technical systems with most advanced expert knowledge. The company offers technology of integrated press exhaust system which provides effective and lasting prevention of solid residue built-up through converting droplets, that diffuse through a 3-dimensional pore system, into a uniform liquid film wetting all of the inner wall. The system comprises of one or several sorption modules. The special features of the system are: -Innovative films on gas- or product-contact surfaces for effective and lasting prevention of solid deposits; - Porous materials, owing to the pore labyrinth and its resistance to flow, permit continuously controllable transport of liquid; -Superficial velocities in ducting systems permit attached flow of the liquid and convert this into a uniform liquid film; -Effective and long-lasting prevention of flammable deposits on the internal surfaces of the exhaust system and minimizing the fire hazards; -The relative investment capital is low and there is potential for considerable savings; -The system is not highly complex and existing plants are easily retrofitted; -It is possible to control conditioning of the exhaust gases by supplying moisture in the unsaturated state and to include presumption of condensed solids as a preliminary stage for downstream exhaust gas pollution control systems. The desired cooperation partner is: -Manufacturer of fiber and chipboards; -Medium to large sized engineering (or EPC) company. Area of Application: Environment, woodworking industry: High temperatures and press forces release steam whose constituents include as original resins, solids, phenols and paraffines. Air pollutants condense in the ducting system and the condenses solids from deposits, especially on ducts internal walls. This gives rise to fire hazards and requires considerable cleaning efforts to reduce the fire hazard and maintain the exhaust conditions. The system has strong demand in the wood industry and contributes to environmental protection. Future market situation is very good.
