Soybean Oil, soybean Food and other Edible Oils (Republic of Korea)
Korean company offers technology for manufacturing edible oil (soybean oil) and soybean food. The products are produced by using modern computer-controlled equipment. The oil is packaged in transparent polyester containers which are favoured by consumers. Technologies for producing other edible oils such as corn oil and sesame oil can also be provided. The company also offer technology for producing textured soybean protein (TSP) which is expected to become a major protein source in the nearest future. The manufacturing process is divided into the following stages: Preparation (cleaning - heat treatment - dehulling - cracking - flaking) Extraction (extraction - distillation - solvent recovering) Meal Crushing (DTDC - crushing) Refining (degumming - neutralization - bleaching - deodorization) Main equipment: dehulling system, flaker, extractor, centrifugal separator, filter, deodorizer).
