Coating Resins: Alkydes, Saturated, Polyester Resins, Amino Resins and Additives by using of beta naphthol & acetone
This idea is about the mixing the ammoniac with carbon dioxide chemical matters in proximity of anhydride phthalic chemical matter (any one of the primary (raw) material for making alkyd resins) & beta naphthol + anhydride phthalic (in first process) & acetone + anhydride phthalic (in second process) & beta naphthol + acetone + anhydride phthalic (in third process) when ammonium carbonate obtain under combination ammoniac with carbon dioxide. In this plane, ammoniac and carbon dioxide must enter in anhydride phthalic chemical matter & beta naphthol + anhydride phthalic (in first process) & acetone + anhydride phthalic (in second process) & beta naphthol + acetone + anhydride phthalic (in third process) and absorb it and combined it so that they could absorb each other and combined to each other resulting in the production of ammonium carbonate. This work is done by analyzing of anhydride phthalic chemical matter & beta naphthol + anhydride phthalic (in first process) & acetone + anhydride phthalic (in second process) & beta naphthol + acetone + anhydride phthalic (in third process) and matter obtain from the place (in proximity and combining with it). This project if not useful in the first phase , could be used from the second & third & fourth phases: Second phase : In this idea we could combine the anhydride phthalic chemical matter & beta naphthol + anhydride phthalic (in first process) & acetone + anhydride phthalic (in second process) & beta naphthol + acetone + anhydride phthalic (in third process) in proximity of ammoniac and carbon dioxide under 180 - 210 0C and 140 - 250 atmosphere pressure. It could be provided as an unique chemical against the available grade in the market. In this plan , ammoniac and carbon dioxide must to enter in anhydride phthalic chemical matter & beta naphthol + anhydride phthalic (in first process) & acetone + anhydride phthalic (in second process) & beta naphthol + acetone + anhydride phthalic (in third process) and absorb it and combined it so that they could absorb each other and combined to each other under 140 - 250 atmosphere pressure and 180 - 210 0C. This work is done by analyzing of anhydride phthalic chemical matter & beta naphthol + anhydride phthalic (in first process) & acetone + anhydride phthalic (in second process) & beta naphthol + acetone + anhydride phthalic (in third process) and matter obtain from the place (in proximity and combining with it). (Note) : this idea (in the 1st phase & second phase) is about of use from the products obtained substitute of anhydride phthalic chemical matter (any one of the primary (raw) materials for making alkyd resins) in chemical industry. Third Phase : this idea is about of use from the product obtained in 1st phase + anhydride phthalic chemical matter substitute of anhydride phthalic in chemical industry. Fourth Phase : this idea is about of use from the product obtained in second phase + anhydride phthalic chemical matter substitute of anhydride phthalic in chemical industry. The products obtained in all of the phases should be analyzed for physical & chemical properties using a known standard of phthalic anhydride for the sake of quality checking and cost effectiveness.
