In the president's address to the nation on the eve of 56 th Republic day in 2005,Dr. Abdul kalaam expressed a vision that every Indian village should have a village information center in order to bring the benefits of Technology to rural areas and to reduce the digital divide.so based on his dream and my passion I am Implementing this center in backward area of Bundelkhand (a very backward ,very poor province in u.p.) Services-E governance,E-commerce,Tele Education,E-Judiciary,Tele medicine,E-agriculture
