Complex SMS Compression, Translation and Text to Speech Technology
The technology is a patented SMS compression / translation / text to speech software technology that compresses more than 500 characters into 70-character SMS messages. The compression algorithm is tailored to each specific language and has been optimized for 31 languages with additional language optimizations in development. The technology can perform automatic translation of messages based on the user’s locale and mobile device settings. Translation mappings have already been completed on seven languages. Additional language mappings are under development. The offered technology reconstructs the audio using high quality audio samples and reconstructs the audio “phonically” to create natural sounding dialect and locale correct voices. It is extremely efficient both in terms of required processing power an on-device footprint thus making it an ideal solution even for low end devices, furthermore it does not require any internet connection.
